Mezkla means blend.

It is about crossing paths, mixing influences, and letting different cultures speak to each other. Food becomes a shared table, music sets the rhythm, and the atmosphere belongs to everyone who walks in.

From Ahãma to Istanbul, the spirit of the Land of Light carries through. The artists and creators who shaped Ahãma are also part of Mezkla’s story here, bringing the same dialogue with nature into the interiors, the music, the mood and the sense of community.

Mezkla is a gathering place where cultures meet and transform. A space to eat, to listen, to celebrate and to belong.

Design & Craftsmanship

Mezkla’s interior and exterior was envisioned and brought to life by Gab Studio, in collaboration with Barr Atelier, Anson + Bonnet and Solid Studio. Inspired by the vibrant architecture of Luis Barragán, the space merges Mexican color theory with Turkish craftsmanship, resulting in a layered, sensory experience.

Each area, from the sculptural entrance patio to the Hi-Fi bar upstairs, was thoughtfully designed using custom pieces, bespoke textiles, and artisanal finishes. The blend of textures, natural materials, and bold forms reflects Mezkla’s dual identity: soulful, playful, and intentional.

The sound systems and the Hi-Fi bar, features an immersive soundscape developed by SE Soundworks and Kinomena Audio, enhancing both the energy and intimacy of the space.

Every detail, from handmade ceramics to the deep blue DJ booth, tells a story of collaboration and cultural fusion, creating a space that feels both timeless and alive.
